Throughout his entire legal career, attorney Jason P. Kief has made it his passion to fight for the rights of the injured and disabled in the State of Michigan and nationwide. He has tried cases in both Wayne and Macomb Circuit Courts and authored appellate briefs/had oral argument in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals. He is considered by his peers to be a specialist in handling automobile and motorcycle accident cases.
Many of his cases are referred to him by other attorneys who recognize his specialty in handling Michigan No Fault and Michigan pain and suffering claims. He also sits as a case evaluator in Wayne, Macomb and Oakland County Circuit Courts. He has been selected as an arbitrator by other attorneys to apply his expertise to their cases.
